What services do we offer?We offer walk-in for computer repair services and Business onsite computer services.
How much does it cost?All walk-in customers will be offered free diagnostic with approved repair.
$30 (PC), $35 (Mac) diagnostic fee if repair is declined. Your approval is required before all repair works to be performed. Onsite computer service for Home and Businesses visits are charged hourly. Hourly rate based on distance. How long do drop-off repairs take?Once you approved for the repair at price quoted, we perform repair right away (same day). If it requires replacing part(s), will take longer (3-5 days). iPhone repairs take 30 mintures to 1 hour.
Do you offer a warranty for your service?Yes, 30 days on software related repair; 90 days on hardware related repair. We are not sticklers with the said days of warranty, because we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Further, if we cannot fix your computer or if you are not satisfied with our service, you are not obligated to pay. We are committed to you being 100% satisfied with our repair service.
Is there a wait time for onsite service requests?Yes, our onsite service calls can be scheduled within 24 hours due to our high value requests. However, emergency calls are available within 3 hours, if needed.
