Charger is Not Working: Although the LED light (green) is showing on your charger, it can be faulty. Try another charger that is the same computer to power up yours or bring your charger and laptop to us, we'll be able to test it out.

Water/Liquid Damaged: We all eat and drink at our computers; we never wanted to spill water on them, but accident do happen. Immediately, power-off your computer, remove battery (if possible), leave your laptop opposite the direction water spilled.

DC Jack Problem: It's a small component that gives power to the entire laptop and you won't be able to charge the battery. The only solution is to replace it. This requires taking the computer apart to the motherboard level to de-solder and remove the broken DC Jack with a new one.

Dead Motherboard: We can repair the motherboard instead of replacement a new one. The cost for a "repairing" is generally between 50% - 70% cheaper than "replacing" the motherboard. This repair will be covered with 90 days of warranty.
