Dead Battery: Laptop battery usually last 3-4 years; less if you keep the charger in all the time. Buy a new battery will solve the problem. If you not sure which battery to get, let us know your computer model number, we will be able to find it.

Charger is Not Working: Although the LED light (green) is showing on your charger, it might be faulty. Try another charger that is the same computer to power up yours or bring your charger and laptop to us, we'll be able to test it out.

Water/Liquid Damaged: Liquid spilled into your computer may or may not immediately break it. Over a period of time, the component stopped working properly. Can cause charging problem.

DC Jack Problem: It's a small component that gives power to the entire laptop and you won't able to charge the battery. The only solution is to replace it.
